life work

Seeing the superstition and hypocrisy that is being created everywhere in the name of devotion these days, it seems to be the need of the hour to reach out to everyone with greater intensity the thoughts and life stories of the great tradition of saints that we have inherited. The credit for reaching out to as many people as possible in a very appropriate manner goes to the Warkari sect and the Wari.

The unique ceremony that is all-encompassing, without discrimination, and overflows with pure devotion is ‘Vari’ and the ‘Varkari sect’ that is close and desirable to everyone. The Nath sect that started with Adinath, which benefited Nivruttinath and later became the guru of Nivruttinath Dnyaneshwar. This same Dnyaneshwar later established the Varkari sect, which is a Vaishnava sect. It is here that the Maulis have harmonized the Shaivites and Vaishnavaes. The guru of the Maulis was of the Nath sect, with the grace of his Guru, the Maulis later expanded the Vaishnava sect, this proves that Shiva and Vishnu devotion are not separate from each other but complementary to each other. The mind is completely alien to Shiva, but it worships Madhava well, so it will never be possible to get Vishnu devotion. Therefore, both persons should always worship. (Chittopadesh – Sant Shri Gulabrao Maharaj)

You will do the same immediately| Like the Guru, the disciple also carries forward the work of the Guru, mainly for this the disciple proves his birth. The one who tried to achieve harmony like the Mauli is the Maharishi Dnyaneshwar Kanya Sant Shri Gulabrao Maharaj. The harmony of Shiva and Vishnu devotion can be seen from his birth itself.

The fruits of Shiva devotion  – Maharaj’s quotes

Maharaj’s grandfather, Ranojirao Mohod, was a true devotee of Shiva. He used to worship in the Swayambhu Shiva temple of Madhan daily. He used to fast for 11 days of Shivaratri by eating only the ashes of Ranasheni. Pleased with his devotion to Shiva, he had a vision that a bright great man would be born in his family, and later Shri Maharaj was born. Maharaj was also a very true devotee of Shiva. Not only did Maharaj fast on Shivaratri, meditate for hours, but he also drank very strong Somal poison in the vicinity of this Shiva temple, but nothing happened to him and from this, the surrounding people realized that he was no ordinary man. The restoration work of this ancient Swayambhu and Vishweshwar Shiva temple, which is a testimony to the incarnation work of Maharaj, is currently underway in Madhan. Along with Shiva devotion, Shri Maharaj had a passion for Krishna devotion since childhood. He used to tell his grandmother that his grandfather, Balkrishna, would come to eat with him at his birthplace, Loni Takli. Later Madhuradvaita Sampradaya was established by Shri Maharaj. The basic formula of this sect is the coordination of devotion to Krishna and Shiva. Uma Mother Shiva Father.. Husband Krishna Radhikadya Sister Gopika Mum|

Both Shiva and Vishnu are equal and worship each other. We can still see an example of this great Guru tradition in Alandi. The palanquin of the Mauli does not leave for Pandharpur without taking the command of the adorable Siddheshwar Mahadev and the spire of the Mahadev temple is literally moved as a command, those who experience that joyous ceremony firsthand, know that devotional dialogue. There is so much power in true devotion and the great Guru-Shishya tradition is such mutual respect, the Warkari sect teaches us.

The founder of this Warkari sect, Gyanobaraya, asked for alms from the universal God for the welfare of the entire universe, not only that, but even today, he meditates in Samadhi and answers the calls of his devotees. Alam diyate iti Alandi. Alam means satisfaction, Alandi is the one who gives satisfaction, this is how Alandi is described. In fact, Lord Shiva had told Parvati that he would take birth here as an incarnation of Vishnu. When Indra was cursed, it was here that Lord Shiva performed penance and his penance was fulfilled, hence the name of the Mahadev here is Siddheshwar Mahadev. After being freed from the curse, Indra bathed in the river here, hence she was named Indrayani. Alandi has one or the other historical significance.

Saint Shri Gulabrao Maharaj, expressing his devotion to the Sadguru in the spirit of love, has also proven the unchanging nature of the body of the incarnation of Bhagavad Gyaneshwar Maharaj and the daily pilgrimage to Alandi, through hearing, wisdom and experience, in 57 poems, the glory of the daily pilgrimage to Alandi.

Maharaj says, All hail to the Alandi Pati Sadguru Natha, the embodiment of compassion, whose fame has been sung by the Vedas and who donates Kaivalya. The Shruti also says that one who has boundless love for the Lord, similarly, he understands all the meanings of the Vedas correctly. The Guru Geeta says that the power to sanctify all the places of pilgrimage is a partial power of the feet of Shri Guru. All the merits that one gets by bathing in all the seven oceans are not even a thousandth of the merits that one gets by drinking a single drop of the nectar of Shri Guru’s feet, says all the scholars of the Vedas. Maharaj says, My state of faith is more special than all these. Those who have done me good by chanting the mantra of your name are the storehouse of all welfare, the Swami of Alandi, Shri Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, who is the embodiment of compassion alone, is my Sadguru. While donating Kaivalya form of gold, he does not test whether it is big or small. “Whether rich or poor,” he saves anyone who has the desire to attain God. To prove the truth of his promise from his experience of immortality, he took me on his lap, without looking at my qualifications, and told me the signs of his own name.

The one who is in samadhi in Alandi | The land of awakened devotees | Tribhuvani Varanasi | I call that Alandi ||

Such a devotee of mine, who is awake in the heart of Sadguru Nath, is sitting in Samadhi in Alandi, therefore Alandi is the second Varanasi in the three worlds, says Maharaj. Be it any water from a well, a lake, a river or a stream, it is extremely holy because it has touched the feet of my Guru, and whoever drinks it, the Ganges flows at his feet. He reveals his wisdom about Guru worship in this way. Apart from this, he also explains how Alandi is a permanent pilgrimage from all three perspectives, namely Vedas, wisdom and experience.

The eternal perfection of the mind through Shruti

Since the Shruti in the Taittiriya Upanishad says that the happiness of a Brahmanist is infinitely greater than the happiness of Brahma, the place of a Brahmanist is full of virtue, the entire earth is purified by the dust of his feet, but the incarnational body is even more sacred than the body of a Brahmanist because the heart of the incarnational body can penetrate into the heart of the disciple. Such an incarnational body is that of Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, which is still in Alandi, and according to the Satkaryaism of Sankhya, one can get an idea about his incarnational body.

According to Vedanta, there are two types of nitya-vivarta: adhyasthavivarta and anadhyasthavivarta.

Anadhyasthavivarta- This incarnation is likened to the roar of the ocean. Mauli has described the incarnations of the Bhagavat as anadhyasthavivarta, by likening them to the roar of the ocean. Further, Maharaj explains it as an incarnation whose body is a deviant form of the Supreme Brahman, without being in the slightest different from Brahma, without losing the deviant form, but allowing clear knowledge of the deviant form, and which, being the object of supreme love, does not even cease to exist with the knowledge of the deviant form. That incarnational body is called anadhyasthavivarta.

Adhyasthavivarta- Since the bodies of living beings are ignorant and karmic, they are a variation of the Supreme Brahman, but they do not allow the knowledge of the Supreme Brahman to be known by eliminating the Adhyasthani, and because they cannot become the object of supreme love, they retire with knowledge. Therefore, they are called Adhyasthavivarta and the universe, the bodies of all living beings, is Adhyasthavivarta, this is what Mauli has said in two verses: The universe is a mirage| Jaya Rashmistava Dise|

In Samkhya Vedanta, the attainment of eternity through coordinated tactics

The Satkarya Samkhyas consider work to be a truth bound by three time periods. Whereas the Vedantas give truth to work only for the sake of action. It is also believed in the Vedanta theory of creation that work has a permanent existence in its cause as a cause, as Madhusudana Saraswati has explained in detail in his book Advaita Siddhi. But the cause of all the work-like substances in this world is ignorance. As soon as ignorance is removed through self-knowledge, all this world-like work becomes false. But since the incarnation body is an unmediated form that is not subject to ignorance, it does not disappear or disappear with knowledge. Even if gold is known, the ornament does not perish, just as even if Brahman is known, the sacred form of God remains forever. Just as the ornament is a manifestation of gold, so the incarnation body is a manifestation of Parabrahman, and therefore is not different from Parabrahman.

Objects are obtained according to destiny and are destroyed when destiny ends. Similarly, love is not obtained by destiny, and therefore the body of the Supreme Soul, which is obtained through boundless love, does not perish when destiny ends.

The derivation of indestructibility according to yoga

Maharaj says that no qualities can be attributed to the body of an incarnation taken for devotional love. Since my father, Shri Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, is the incarnation of the deity for the establishment of devotion and he has also established Samadhi, the imperishable nature of his body can be inferred from the teachings of Yoga. When the mind is on a pure and unchanging foundation, and when it is firm, the body of the yogi also becomes full of Sattvic essence, and only the mind remains in the ‘asamprajna’ Samadhi, his body becomes completely pure Sattvic, free from impurities. The heart of such a yogi becomes so pure Sattvic that just as the rays of the sun are reflected from the forehead of a sun-ray and are concentrated as brilliantly as the sun, similarly the rays of the sun, which are established in his heart, clearly emerge from his heart and enter the heart of the disciple and do good to others. Not only does he not get touched by the dirt of the highest quality of silver again, but even the immense darkness of the all-destroying Kali, the flood, cannot absorb that body, as stated in Yogavasishtha. Kakabhushundi Muni, along with the tree on which he sat, remained indestructible, like Moksha, even in the flood. This is how the state of the body of the great meditator who lives on the Niruddha (Example Yogavasishtha – Cancer, Bhrigusuta Shukra) is described. (Example Yogavasishtha – Cancer, Bhrigusuta Shukra) In this way, if the body of a yogi does not perish during the flood, then it is clear that the undirected Parabrahman body and that land, devoid of ignorance, will never perish. In the book Priyalila Mahotsav, Shri Maharaj says, when the life becomes pure, it becomes stable and the heart also becomes pure, which is why the light of consciousness emanates from the heart. Then, with the yoga of the light of knowledge that comes out of that heart, the devotees who worship that wise man begin to be fulfilled. Therefore, one should immediately and very quickly perform Samadhi at the place of the righteous men who have attained Nirvikalpa Samadhi. Alandi Vallabh Shri Dnyaneshwar Maharaj is in Samadhi and although he himself is truly Nityamukt, the radiance of the Sun of Knowledge in the form of Nityamukt is associated with his pure Sattvik heart-like Sun-ray bead and preaches to the liberated ones. Further, Maharaj says, after the water of the entire river is received in the sea, clouds start to form with the same water, water does not say no to it, similarly, if after becoming free from the body, his knowledge is revealed in the Sun-ray of the heart-like Sun-ray and he becomes beneficial to others, we do not say no. Therefore, Dnyaneshwar Mauli, who is in Nirvikalpa Samadhi, is the Guru form for everyone from beginning to end and eternity. The body whose image is always like that, if the devotee’s worship is proven, is real at Alandi, therefore there is a constant pilgrimage there. In this way, Shri Maharaj has proven the daily pilgrimage of Alandi through his own experience.

Yalagi Anant Anant | Alandi is the main pilgrimage |

Shri Dnyaneshwar Maharaj is my mother and father. Even if I am liberated by his grace, I will remain at his feet forever and sing the praises of Alandi, which is a permanent pilgrimage. According to the three standards of Shruti, Yukti, and Anubhav, Shri Dnyaneshwar Maharaj is sitting in Alandi in supreme samadhi, therefore this description that Alandi is a permanent pilgrimage means that Alandi Mahima Maharaj dedicated it to the feet of the Mother.

Maharaj says, I am not proud of any sect, however, I accept the wise Warkari sect. Such a beautiful sect has not been created in the past and will not be created in the future, this sect has been established with such wisdom that it is not called a sect but a religion. Worshipers of various deities have joined this sect. Narahari Sonar was a Mahashaiva, Janardan Eknath a devotee of Datta, Bhanudas a sun worshipper, Tat, Tukaramadi a Vaishnava, Nathadi a Brahmin, Tukaramadi a Kunbi, Sheikh Mohammad and other Muslims, Rohidas Chambhar, Chokhameladi a Mahar, Kanhopatra and other Vaishyas, Brahmacharini Acharyas like Muktabai, maidservants like Janabai, the loving devotion of Namdev, the affection of Vishwambharadhik, the sweetness of women like Muktakeshi, all this has been combined in this sect. This sect will be a special world religion! This will be the only sect that will destroy religious differences and grant salvation. This shows the immense love, devotion and respect that Maharaj has for this sect and for Mauli, and that is why he has dedicated his unique work of 34 years to Mauli’s feet. Hundred and thousands of salutations to this loving daughter of Dnyaneshwar on her birthday.
